Había un ruiseñor que vivía en una higuera,

El ruiseñor se enamoró de un chico que pasó un día, 

Se enamoró de él, porque era mitad sueño y mitad realidad.

El chico se enamoró de la higuera,

El ruiseñor lloró, 

lloró amargamente;

Pero entendía por qué el chico amaba a la higuera, 

Era más fácil amar al árbol
que amar al ave,

En especial, si no sabes volar.
